We invite you to join us for a heart-opening, stress-dissolving week in the beautiful mountains of Ubud, Bali where we retreat amongst rice paddies with beautiful gardens and gorgeous pools.

​Don’t be nervous if you haven’t tried yoga or meditation before! You may participate as much or as little as you like, and you don’t have to be ‘good at it’ to get the benefits 🙂 There is room for everyone, from absolute beginners to more advanced practitioners. There is also time set aside for Q&A – we both love to share the philosophy of yoga.

You will learn to meditate and keep the skills learned for life.

Kathleen teaches yoga, healthy eating workshops and facilitates mastermind groups with the aim to give you that chance to self reflect, have some fun, learn some useful life skills, and ultimately discover that you are perfect already and don’t need to be fixed whatsoever!
